Damages, fines and cases

Danni e multe (damages and fines) has three tabs: Danni, Sinistri and Multe.

Damages

The list of damages recorded on the vehicles, with area, type, severity, date, status and estimated cost. Damages are recorded at handover and return or from here.

Accidents

Sinistri lists the accidents. At the top, the box Urti rilevati shows the impacts detected by the trackers during a rental that have not been handled yet: open an accident from the impact or dismiss it.

Fines

Multe lists the fines with date of the violation, vehicle, authority and notice number, driver and contract, deadline, status and amount.

To record a fine, click Registra verbale (record fine) and enter vehicle, date and time of the violation, authority, notice number, amount and communication deadline.

The driver is found from the contract that was active on the vehicle at the time of the violation. The fine appears with the customer and the contract and the status Conducente individuato (driver identified).

Cases

Pratiche (cases) follows the work after a damage, accident, fine or unpaid amount. Cases are arranged in columns by status: Aperte (open), In lavorazione (in progress), In attesa (waiting) and Chiuse (closed).

Open a case to see vehicle, contract, amount claimed and recovered, the activities with their due dates and the timeline. Change the status from the menu at the top, tick the activities when they are done and add notes at the bottom: every note goes into the timeline with date and author.
