Car Rental settings

Impostazioni (settings) is visible only to the owner (Titolare).

Settings with company data, CaRGOS credentials, branches and users

Company​

Company name, VAT number, PEC (certified email), contract number prefix, default deposit and km included per day. Click Salva to save.

CaRGOS credentials​

Enter the Utente (user), Password and API Key issued by the local Police headquarters (Questura), then click Salva. The credentials are encrypted and are no longer visible after saving.

Prova collegamento (test connection) checks the credentials with CaRGOS. The label next to the title shows the result: Da configurare (to be configured) or Verificate with the date.

Branches​

The branches where vehicles are picked up and returned, with address and phone. Each branch needs its CaRGOS place code (Codice luogo): a branch without it shows Codice luogo mancante.

Users​

The users of the module with their operator code. Change the role of each user from the menu: Titolare, Operatore, Pratiche or Consultazione (see the roles).
