Rules
Regole decides when the assistant calls.
Calling hours
Fasce orarie delle chiamate: the days and hours in which the assistant calls. Outside these hours only the SMS is sent. With no time slot, calls are made at any time. Aggiungi fascia adds a slot: tick the days and set start and end time.
Alarms that start a call
For each type of alarm (Urto rilevato, SOS premuto, Movimento a motore spento, Alimentazione scollegata, Uscita dal perimetro):
- the checkbox turns the call on or off for that alarm;
- Critico and Grave choose which severities start the call;
- Attesa (wait) sets how many seconds to wait before calling, in seconds. With 0 the call starts immediately;
- the text box contains the instructions for the assistant for that alarm, for example what to ask and when to suggest 112.
Click Salva regole to save.
Contacts
Contatti lists the contact of each vehicle: one contact per vehicle. Phone numbers are masked; the label shows whether the contact has given consent (Consenso) or not (Senza consenso). A vehicle without a contact does not generate calls.
Click the pencil to edit a contact: name, phone, language of the call (Italian, English, German, French, Spanish) and the consent to automatic emergency calls. Without consent the assistant does not call.

Click Salva impostazioni to save.
Test call
Chiamata di prova calls a number of your choice in the +39… format. It is also useful to check that the caller number is shown correctly on Italian mobile phones.
Device compatibility
Compatibilità dispositivi lists the vehicles with their tracker and whether it is compatible (Compatibile) or should be replaced (Non compatibile). The minimum device required is Synapsis Basic FMB130.
